The History of Royal Title Services
1915: Henry C. Jones purchased Columbus Abstract Co. in Bartholomew County.
1951: Charles & Elizabeth Jones bought an Abstract & Title Company and renamed it Boone County Abstract Co., Inc.
1961: Charles Jones purchased Taylor & Taylor located in Hendricks County.
1971: The Boone County Abstract Co., Inc. was moved to its current location at 108 N Lebanon St on the Lebanon Square West.
1977: Charles & Elizabeth Jones opened the Morgan County office titled Morgan County Abstract Co., Inc.
1978: Charles & Elizabeth Jones acquired Fidelity Abstract & Title Insurance Co., Inc. located in Greencastle.
1990: Morgan Co Abstract obtained the records of Morgan Co. Guarantee Co.
1991: Morgan Co office purchased the adjacent building for expansion purposes.
1994: The Marion County office was opened to create a presence in the Indianapolis area.
1996: All county offices began doing business as Royal Title Services under the ownership of Susan and Jennifer Jones, daughters of Charles and Elizabeth.
